Robert L. Streisand, MD
Dr. Streisand attended State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center where he earned his M.D. degree. He was an Intern in surgery at SUNY Downstate-Kings County Hospital where he also completed his residency in general and thoracic surgery. Dr. Streisand is board certified with the American Board of Surgery and American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He served in the United States Air Force as a Thoracic and VascuIar Surgeon at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, attending in White Plains Hospital, White Plains. He has helped hundreds of patients find relief from their knee pain administering Knee Visco supplements under fluoroscopic guidance with Arthritis Knee Pain Centers since 2017.
John Rush, MD
John J. Rush, MD earned his medical doctor degree at Northeast Ohio Medical University, in Rootstown, Ohio. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Loma Linda, California. Dr. Rush also holds Master of Business Administration and Master of Healthcare Administration degrees from Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Dr. Rush is the Chief Medical Officer and owner of 17 medical practices, all doing business as Arthritis Knee Pain Centers. The Arthritis Knee Pain Centers (AKPC) is the nation’s leader in the nonsurgical, nonopioid treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.
Dr. Rush, and the AKPC senior management team, founded the AKPC Foundation in 2020, dedicated to the support of charitable organizations in the communities that Dr. Rush’s practices serve.
