Viscosupplementation was approved by the FDA in 1996, and our physicians are committed to the highest safety standards in its administration. We also leverage advanced digital imaging to ensure placement accuracy and efficacy. Patient comfort and safety are high priorities.
Every patient’s condition is different. Some people start feeling relief after the first treatment. For others, it may take longer for the treatment to work. The full benefit of the treatment usually occurs a few weeks after the treatment series has been completed. We now offer expanded treatment options, so if one treatment doesn't give you full relief, another one may!
OUR PROMISE
The initial screening is 100% free and there is no obligation to start treatment. Our therapy is covered by Medicare and most insurances around the country. Our in-house insurance team can help guide you.
The treatment program consists of a series of 3-5 injections usually administered about once a week. We follow up with patients 4-6 weeks after the series is completed. If the patient is experiencing any residual pain, other treatment options are available. The treatment can usually be repeated every 6 months to help keep your knees feeling great.

Since 2018, Arthritis Knee Pain Centers has successfully treated thousands of patients across the country suffering with knee pain associated with osteoarthritis – without the risks associated with surgery or opioids.
Osteoarthritis is a common degenerative joint disease that often occurs in the knees. It is known as the “wear and tear” arthritis and affects over 32 million people in the United States, usually as they age. Osteoarthritis can cause cartilage to degrade, affect bone shape, and cause inflammation, resulting in pain, stiffness, and loss of mobility.
Our specially trained physicians use viscosupplementation to treat patients suffering from osteoarthritis. With this treatment our doctors numb your knee, so you won’t feel pain, and a gel-like fluid called hyaluronic acid is injected into the knee joint.
This medical gel cushions and lubricates your knee to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, restore mobility, and help prevent the disease from getting worse.
Even if you’ve had a knee replacement and still experience pain, we may be able to help you. Come and see one of our doctors to find out if you’re a good fit for our advanced treatment options.
We use advanced digital imaging called fluoroscopy to precisely place the medicine where it will do the most good. There’s no guesswork or clumsy pinching and poking around your sore knee. We’ve helped over 60,000 patients find relief from their knee pain and quickly return to the active, joyful lifestyles they love.
