Treatment Plans Designed To Meet Your Needs

At Arthritis Knee Pain Centers - Charlotte, we offer a comprehensive range of services to cater to your specific needs:

Viscosupplementation

Viscosupplementation Gel Injections

Viscosupplementation knee injections are a well-known, non-surgical treatment method for knee osteoarthritis. Using fluoroscopy, doctors can inject a gel-like substance into the joint to restore lubrication and cushion the affected joint. This not only increases the accuracy of the treatment but also enhances its effectiveness, as the gel is more likely to be placed in the optimal position within the joint.

Knee Braces
for Arthritis

Our modern knee braces may be just the thing you need to feel more stable while up and about! We customize our braces to reduce pain, provide support, and help you move. They are easy to wear with regular clothing.

Genicular Artery Embolization

Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE) is a relatively new, minimally invasive procedure that’s gaining popularity for its effectiveness in treating chronic knee pain, especially in patients with osteoarthritis. GAE is a non-surgical, same day procedure where trained physicians use tiny beads to block abnormal arteries in the knee. These are the arteries that contribute to inflammation and pain in the knee joint. By blocking these arteries, GAE reduces the blood flow to the inflamed areas, thereby decreasing inflammation and pain.

Advanced Orthopedic Back Braces

Back pain and knee pain generally go together. Many who have one, experience the other at some point. Our orthopedic back braces give wonderful support and are easy to wear, at home or on the move. These braces are designed to diminish back pain, correct posture, and reduce the pressure on your spine.

The Importance
of Knee Health

Taking good care of your knees is crucial! They play a star role in almost everything fun you do, like walking, running, dancing, and even simple things like climbing stairs. Healthy knees mean you can move around freely and enjoy life without any hiccups.

Your
Mobility

Think about it – your knees are your body’s shock absorbers. They help you keep balance, allow you to bend and straighten your legs, and are key players in moving you from place to place. If your knees start to hurt, it can really slow you down and keep you from doing the things you love.

Active
Lifestyle

Whether it’s walking your dog, sprinting in a race, or showing off your dance moves, taking care of your knees helps ensure you can keep doing all these things without a problem. Remember, your knees are like the unsung heroes of your mobility, so give them the care they deserve so you can remain active.

Daily
Independence

When your knees are healthy and strong, everyday tasks are a breeze. You can move through your daily routine smoothly and maintain your independence. Good knee health is key to keeping you active, mobile, and able to do all the things that make your life unique and enjoyable.

Joint
Protection

Taking care of your knees isn’t just about avoiding pain or discomfort. It’s about ensuring that you can continue to live your life the way you want to, without being held back by knee problems. Simple actions like regular exercise, stretching, and maybe even specific strengthening exercises for your knee muscles can go a long way in keeping your knees in top shape.

Lifelong
Adventures

Do you like to travel? Healthy knees are like a passport to a world of exciting adventures. They help you explore all the places on your wish list, from the magic of Disneyland to the thrill of walking on beaches and sledding with grandkids. You’ve got a life of adventure ahead of you, so don’t let knee pain get in your way.

Proactive
Measures

Remember to give your knees the attention they deserve. By taking care of them, you’re not just looking after your joints; you’re looking after your overall quality of life and ability to keep doing all the things you love for the rest of your life.

Enhanced
Quality of Life

Here’s the bottom line: When your knees feel good, so do you! Think about all the places your knees will take you. Healthy knees equate to the freedom of mobility. Life itself is a great adventure, and having healthy knees will give you the best shot at enjoying it daily.
